Special antifouling paint for yongning sea workers(TAP)

Technical background

At present, there are many coating products applied to the wall of water diversion pipeline and the anti-pollution treatment below the waterline of ships in the world, but there are not many products that can prevent the pollution of biology, algae, shellfish and Marine plankton in the real sense. In 2014, our company organized multiple scientific research forces to develop polyester synthetic material of anti-fouling paint for offshore industry, which was applied to coating technical products in pipelines. This product was formed by copolymerization with isocyanate after purification of vegetable oil and alcohol treatment to a certain degree of polymerization. Experiments show that this product has obvious advantages in preventing Marine life, algae and shellfish.

Product performance

Strong adhesion ability of Marine anti-fouling paint, high surface finish of coating, good initial viscosity and dip, better anti-fouling effect than similar products, the surface drying time of 20min, 8h after the highest strength, excellent resistance to chemical corrosion prevention: acid, alkali, organic and inorganic solvent corrosion. Suitable for resin base, non - resin base, concrete and metal base.

Construction

1. This product is suitable for rolling, coating, brushing, spraying and other construction specifications, and the conventional construction is two times (thickness: 400um). The product is oily base material, can be processed into antifouling putty, its application is more extensive, because the material is a solvent (diluted with xylene), construction should pay special attention to fire prevention;

2. Clean the base surface, and reject damp and water traces on the base surface.

Range of application

All kinds of transportation pipelines, such as oil pipes, water pipes, sewage pipes, ship topcoat, chemical pipelines, steel structures, etc.

Method of use

1、Concrete base, metal surface and coating base must be clean, dry and free of grease, wax, sealant, mold release agent and other impurities.

2、Mechanical spraying, should control the atomization degree and spray dose, avoid the flow to the second spray caused by uneven;

3、Rolling coating to roll back and forth as much as possible, to reach the first time completely cover the base plane;

4、The concrete base surface should be rolled after leveling;

5、Air temperature has a great influence on curing speed. Usually, when the air temperature is below 35℃, the curing time of construction conforms to the above parameters;

6、The product is a single unit of 18kg/ drum with a shelf life of 36 months.
