Top seal(TS)

TS is a surface permeable seal. It is a waterless solution with no color or taste. Its composition is mainly composed of tannin, special catalyst and water. Permanence TS can penetrate the surface of concrete and stone and cover the surface to form an isolation layer. It closes the material to prevent leakage, but it does not change the appearance and breathability of the concrete.TS can protect the concrete from external water, lye salt, and ultraviolet rays, preventing the stylization of the surface of the structure. In addition, TS has a good anti-corrosion performance, can maintain the permanent natural appearance of concrete.

Function
TS can penetrate the surface of the substance about 3mm(depth of penetration, to determine the voids of the subject itself) and cover the surface to form a dense protective layer.

Area covered
The cover area is about 15 to 35 square meters per increase(depending on the quality of the covered object). On high-density surfaces(such as marble or polished porcelain surfaces), only a small amount of stone protectors are required to produce product.

Method of application

1、The surface must be completely clean and dry(drying time depends on the construction environment and state).

2、Do not explain dilute or mixed with other liquid.

3、 Can paint, roll or spray on the concrete surface(solution immersion surface time is more than 2 minutes), the vertical surface please from the bottom to the left to the right construction.

4、 2 spray time is no less than 6 hours apart, summer or solar storm environment, 2 spray time is controlled in 4 hours.

5、After about 24 hours, you can walk on the construction surface to a limited extent.

6、A small amount of water can be poured on the surface for testing 24 hours after construction. If the water forms a hydrophobic effect on the surface, that is, the TS has been used and the protective layer has been formed.

7、More protection can be provided when using new or old concrete. The effectiveness of protection for old concrete will be reduced.

Matters needing attention

The TS is waterproof, but it can not be used directly to fill large cracks that are visible to the naked eye. Do not use it on glass materials to avoid direct damage to the surface. In case of accidental contact or glass material, rinse with water immediately.
